What’s Covered
Our guarantee protects against manufacturing faults and structural defects, including:
✔ Structural defects in frames, springs, and internal construction
✔ Manufacturing faults in materials or workmanship
✔ Mechanical or electrical faults on rise & recline chairs
✔ Any failure caused directly by a manufacturing defect
What’s Not Covered
This guarantee does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear from everyday use
- Natural softening, settlement, or compression of fillings over time
- Accidental damage, misuse, neglect, or improper care
- Stains, spills, or cosmetic damage
- Use outside normal domestic conditions
How We Resolve Issues
If a manufacturing fault occurs during the guarantee period, we will assess the issue and, where appropriate, repair or replace the product.
